Mediation is an alternative dispute resolution method aimed at bringing parties involved in a legal dispute together for negotiations and reaching a resolution. Mediation is conducted by impartial and independent third parties who are registered as mediators in the registry held by the Ministry of Justice. In our law firm, disputes in the mediation phase related to our clients are followed by acting as legal representatives. In addition to this, voluntary mediation services are also provided with a team of registered mediators.
